FAQ

How do I know which size to order?

Use your U.S. shoe size and your calf measurement (in inches) to determine the right fit. Prioritize the sock correct size for your calf measurement if you are between sizes.

My socks feel too long, can I shorten the length?

Smooth and Scrunch:
Gather the cuff of the sock and push the sock down the calf then redistribute the fabric back up the leg without applying as much stretch to the sock. Smooth the sock down your leg, then lightly scrunch the fabric just below the knee so it rests comfortably without bunching. The compression will still function properly as long as the sock is evenly distributed and not tightly folded.

Do Not Fold the Top Over:
Avoid folding the top band of the sock down, as this can create unwanted pressure points and restrict circulation.

How much compression is 20-30 mmHg?

20-30 mmHg is the industry standard for moderate grade compression. The rating indicates that the socks are a therapeutic compression rating and offer appropriate support for both athletes and those with medical conditions.

What activities are compression socks appropriate for?

  • Traveling- reduce swelling and keep your legs energized while on the go.
  • Running- go further, train harder with cardio output that is worth writing home about.
  • Standing for long periods- ideal for laborers, nurses, and retail workers.
  • Sitting at a desk- improve circulation during long hours of sedentary work.
  • Workouts- minimize soreness and enhance muscle performance.
  • Pregnancy- help relieve leg swelling and support the lower body.
  • Recovery- promote faster healing and reduce inflammation.

How should I wash my socks?

To keep your compression socks performing at their best and lasting longer, follow these wash and care guidelines:

Machine wash on delicate with a gentle detergent or hand wash.

Hang to dry or machine dry on low. Over drying may shorten the lifespan of the socks.
